A magical city
Seville is a magical city. The city on the banks of the Guadalquivir is full of narrow streets and fascinating corners that hold all the inspiration and enchantment of the South.
Seville is among the cities with the longest history in Europe. Its landmarks include the minaret called la Giralda, the Cathedral and the Alcázar Palace . Just a part of its historical legacy includes the Casa de Pilatos palace, the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), the Archive of the Indies (Archivo de Indias) and the Art Museum (Museo de Bellas Artes), as well as convents, parish churches and other palaces.
The Triana district, La Macarena, Santa Cruz y San Bartolomé, Las Sierpes street, La Maestranza Bullring, the Parque de María Luisa and walks along the river banks are other typical sights of Seville.
