Instructions for registration
Registration for the Congress must be made through the website of Fundatours, the official agency for the Seville Congress. There will be one form of registration for congress participants and another for those accompanying them. Congress participants who are members of universities and whose presentation has been approved by the Scientific Committee will enjoy a significant discount on the registration fee* provided that they register by 1 June.
Registration fees for participants includes:
- Attendance to Scientific Sessions
- Folder with documentation
- Coffe breaks
- Reception and welcome Cocktail (Reales Alcázares de Sevilla), Sunday, 21 September
- Working lunch (Hotel Barceló Renacimiento), Monday, 22 September
- Moderm Flamenco Show (Maestranza Theatre, Paseo de Cristóbal Colón, 22), Monday September 22nd
- Gala Dinner (Finca de los Peralta), Tuesday, 23 September
- Closing Cocktail, Wednesday September 24thTransfers between hotel and conference centre
Registration fees for Companions includes:
- Attendance at the Congress opening and closing sessions
- Excursion to Cordova (including lunch), Monday, 22 September
- Panoramic tour of Seville, Tuesday, 23 September
- Reception and welcome Cocktail (Reales Alcázares de Sevilla), Sunday September 21st
- Moderm Flamenco Show (Maestranza Theatre, Paseo de Cristóbal Colón, 22), Monday September 22nd
- Gala Dinner (Finca de los Peralta), Tuesday, 23 September
